Our TOP Fortune 500 Company located in Mountain View, Ca, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Small Business Group division for a 6 month onsite contract. You will be on the Online Acquisition team in a digital role to help lead the online strategy of Mobile app-installs, Paid Social campaigns, Display, and Digital Video campaigns. This is a great opportunity to be at the center of accelerating our Small Business Group growth in the cloud worldwide. We're looking for an individual with a passion for innovating, great collaboration skills, test-and-learn mindset, and phenomenal drive for results.As the Digital Marketing Manager for the Online Acquisition you will work with the media agency partner of record and interface with internal stakeholders, analytics, creative strategist, offline advertising, and XD to drive business results from our digital campaign efforts.

Responsibilities include partnering with our agency for developing sustaining digital strategies that drive business impact, campaign management, and optimization strategy at the campaign and program level, performance/insights communication, and developing strategic test plans.

Job Description:
Translate customer insights into online marketing activities that achieve tangible and measurable results (influence or drive units)
Partner with the rest of the Online Acquisition team and agency to develop and grow successful and innovative digital advertising campaigns
Incorporate latest digital marketing trends and best practices to expand programs
Partner with offline advertising team to coordinate more integrated offline and online media and marketing efforts
Partner with creative strategist to translate the most effective marketing messages and ad strategy across our digital campaigns
Manage multiple digital projects to their timelines while keeping stakeholders on track and informed of progress
Manage digital advertising budget with agency partner and ensure business goals are met
Work with analytics on implementing new strategic tests, and measure the efficacy of digital advertising efforts

Qualifications:
Minimum 4 (preferring more than 4 years of domain/digital expertise) years of experience in managing at least one of the following channels at large scale: direct response paid social (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) advertising or mobile app marketing, or display campaign management (traditional and programmatic). Experience in paid social advertising and/or mobile app advertising preferred.
Hands on experience in digital media planning and media buying platforms for direct response campaigns.
Experience managing external agencies and providing clear strategic direction
Deep understanding of digital trends, technology, and operations, including ad-serving requirements (DoubleClick), tracking (mobile app SDK technology), DMP, and trafficking
Proven experience in improving effectiveness of digital marketing programs to drive business growth
Advanced ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization and to lead cross-functional project teams
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment as well as pivot and adapt to shifting priorities to focus on the biggest swings without missing a beat
Exceptional analytic abilities, problem solving skills and a passion for data-based decision-making
Ability to optimize and work outside traditional view & click-through CPA metrics to measure ROI and inform go-forward strategies
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, ability to adjust altitude of communication based on audience, along with a strong comfort level in presentations.
Experience in digital video advertising a plus.
Creative and brand experience is a plus, but not required.
BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related degree.

The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
