Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing that is a highly motivated, performance-driven leader who will accelerate our client's positioning in digital channels. This person is known for staying ahead of the digital curve on changing technologies, new platforms and business audience engagement. This person will influence digital strategy, social media strategy, mobile strategy, and lead key infrastructure development, website management, and online search and reputation. This person brings expertise in driving traffic, acquiring customers and building high-value relationships via social media activity, UX, SEM, SEO, display, mobile, email, remarketing, content syndication, videos, blogs and more.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Reporting to the CMO, this role will work closely with key stakeholders in multiple business units, field advisory groups, peers, marketing staff, and executive leaders to create and execute digital marketing strategies that accelerate traffic, engagement and lead conversion
• Lead SEM and SEO implementation across all digital properties to enhance market positioning and brand visibility
• Lead national and local search rankings, providing effective initiative management
• Lead online reputation, and manage key customer review sites
• Assess, prioritize and capitalize on opportunities to connect the brand with customers, realtors, builders, and B2B partners
• Working closely with internal and external web developers and UX specialists, bring insight about purchase drivers and buyer journey to the UX design and planning for key user interfaces, including customer portals and mobile apps.
• Determine appropriate success metrics that will inform current and future digital marketing initiatives. Manage monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting or traffic, ROI, conversion rates, and other performance KPIs.
• Act as strategic advisor and digital partner to Field, Consumer Direct, Correspondent, Servicing, and Product (Secondary) Marketing,
• Recommend and implement enterprise-level partnerships with external partners on development of co-marketing channels, promotional programs, and lead generation strategies
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing – industry trends, all things social – tools, applications, channels, design and strategy – evolving best practices, competitor activities, 3rd party tools and technology, and customer engagement insights


QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant digital/online marketing experience.
• Significant B2C and B2B experience, including managing SEO, SEM, social media engagement, PPC, display, mobile advertising, content syndication, building video channels
• Track record of designing/delivering/managing scalable digital marketing infrastructure that increases inbound traffic and unique users
• Experience managing online reputation and customer review sites a plus
• Extremely savvy on social media, digital marketing, current digital technologies, and emerging digital and mobile capabilities.
• Expert in targeting, messaging, A/B testing, and lead conversion process.
• Hands-on approach. Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment; work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality deliverables
• Self-starter. Able to learn quickly, prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment; leads with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Passionate about actionable metrics: digital measurement, data-driven ROI analysis, A/B testing, competitive benchmarking
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills, across all organizational levels, and extending to vendors.
• Able to develop team members and small support staff.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills required; able to write effective copy in a pinch.
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ethical, with a commitment to company values.
