Digital Marketing Manager

Vitamin T is assisting our start up SaaS client in their search for a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will need to be analytical, creative and have a deep passion for what they do. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to have a large and important role by implementing creative strategies that are aligned with a disruptive solution.

The position will be located in NYC and will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate digital marketing functions
Create content calendar aimed at transitioning buyer personas through funnel
Implement metrics for measuring and reporting digital marketing performance
Manage customer demographic and contact database
Generate email marketing campaigns to target audience
Publish content to social media channels and online communities including RSS feeds, social news, blogs, images, and video
Develop, produce and publish webinars for target audience
Manage website design and development vendors
Edit website through content management system
Administer search engine optimization program
Manage keyword advertising initiatives
Monitor and analyze website and digital content usage data

Skills & Qualifications
BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business
2-5 years experience in B2B digital marketing
Highly proficient at content based inbound marketing techniques to specific buyer personas
Ability to understand lead maturity and ability to nurture leads through marketing funnel
Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends
Practical experience with social media channels
Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo or Eloqua
Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills with the ability to quickly learn new subject matter.
