Our client has an immediate need for a savvy Digital Marketer to join our client, the leading global coffee retailer located in Seattle! The primary product area of focus will be with our entertainment and transportation driven partnerships with Lyft, Spotify, and New York Times and will be end to end digital marketing planning for these partnerships across all digital marketing channels.

Job Summary and Mission:
Seeking a passionate, customer-obsessed digital marketer to create and manage integrated go-to-market strategies. Specifically, this role is responsible for leading digital strategy and execution across our brand, campaign and promotional efforts. This role works with brand managers in Seattle, as well as with media/creative agencies nationwide. Ideal candidates will be accomplished marketers who are comfortable crafting big-picture strategy and assuring work is executed flawlessly. At our client, digital marketing managers have a demonstrated ability to craft and orchestrate cross-channel digital and social plans that deliver customer value, and exceed business objectives. Your ability to source and synthesize insights and business objectives into a world-class deck that elicits great ideas from creative teams and agencies will set you apart from the field. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
o Creates and manages digital campaign strategy, including developing and tracking appropriate success metrics, goals and budgets.
o Recommends strategy and tactics to senior management. Evaluates, prioritizes and leads decisions regarding new content, partnership, and other tactical opportunities based on expected performance and financial viability.
o Assures campaign strategies and tactics will be engaging and effective in digital/social channels while maintaining brand integrity.
o Initiates and leads integrated programs in collaboration with other product and marketing teams.
o Initiates and leads appropriate cross-functional teams to deliver brand and business objectives. Builds and maintains relationships with strategic industry and cross-functional partners. Leads discussions and presentations with cross-functional senior leadership teams.
o Communicates marketing activities with other business units, field teams and departments on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives. Ensures that established processes are communicated, understood and followed by key stakeholders.
