Digital Marketing Manager - eCommerce

Firebrand are excited to be partnering with this leading global Fashion retailer with aggressive plans
on increasing their online presence. Partnering with a highly collaborate marketing team, reporting directly to the CEO you will be given all the tools you need to establish
a strategic eCommerce and digital marketing plan inline with the companies direction and brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategically drive eCommerce traction and growth
• Work across a targeted mix of channels including eDM, Content, Social, Search, CRM
• Create clear digital reporting and analytics processes across key digital channels
• Work closely with Digital, Search and Media agencies to maximise ROI
• Develop and implement MV and AB testing procedures
• Recommend improvements for website performance
• Work in close alignment with broader marketing team to align with all promotional activity

Key Requirements
• 5 years+ experience within a similar digital marketing role
• Experience driving eCommerce growth
• Proven examples of successful acquisition and retention programs
• Proven experience across main digital marketing channels, in particular eCommerce eDM
• Analytically minded with a true passion for Digital Marketing is a must
• Education in Marketing and/or Business and Commerce will be well regarded
