Digital Marketing Manager - Fundraising

An experienced Digital Marketing Manager is wanted to lead a small team across digital, social and EDM to optimise performance and increase awareness, driving acquisition and engagement of supporters.

Your job is to develop and implement strategies to drive performance based marketing, track and analyse campaigns and enhance supporter journeys

You need to be a technical Digital Marketing Manager who is hands on and passionate about the cause. This job requires innovation, testing and continuous improvement, maximising data and deriving insights.

Scope of Job:
• Develop integrated digital marketing strategies
• Increase reach and optimise traffic to websites and social platforms
• Drive engagement, conversations and acquisition
• Fundraising email campaign management
• Plan marketing calendar and meet deadlines
• Meet KPIs and present to stakeholders
• Lead, empower and develop a team
• Perform operational budgeting, risk and quality management

Extensive Digital Marketing Knowledge of:
• Social, SEO, SEM, GA, remarketing, programmatic
• Marketing automation – enterprise systems
• Audience segmentation and customer journey mapping
• Increasing user experience
• Content platforms
• Reporting and insights
