Digital Marketing Manager - Contract to Hire

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager with a non-profit organization in the Baltimore Maryland area. This is a contract-to-hire position with a terrific organization that will allow you a visible means to contributing to your community.

As the Digital Marketer, you will be working as part of a marketing team to help facilitate the growth and ongoing management of all online channels with an emphasis on web.

You Will:

• Formulate the e-channels strategy ensuring that:
− functionality is improved and usability is increased to improve the customer
experience, reduce costs, and gain productivity.
− Communications are provided to customers in a personalized, relevant
and timely manner.
• Keep current on new media trends/innovations
• Manage mobile and web initiatives from concept to launch including business requirements gathering,
information architecture, QA testing, training, etc.
• Act as the Business Lead and Project Manager by following budget, timeline and scope and by providing
direction to agencies responsible to create interactive documents, wireframes and prototypes in larger scale
• Define SEO strategies and implement SEO techniques and best practices, including
website structure and keyword research and generation
• Collaborate with the Digital Communication Manager on content development and SEO for all e-channels and
the Web Designers on web visual components
• Analyze and evaluate multiple department’s needs and identify opportunities
• Provide solutions to key business areas
• Develop and implement required solution from concept to launch
• Provide relevant Digital Marketing expertise and communicate knowledge to key business areas
• Develop and execute the e-channel marketing strategies to maximize traffic and usage of all e-channels
• Recommend and Develop e-marketing plans and campaigns by collaborating with marketing teams and other
business groups
• Develop product briefs and cost-benefit analysis as required
• Collaborate with the Director of Advertising on developing online ads and search advertising
• Manage third-party vendors and day to day budgeting for department

You Have:

• BA degree in related field
• 5 years experience in Interactive/Digital Marketing, eBusiness/eCommerce, web project management or/and
web design/developer/producer
• Experience managing a team
• Experience in developing digital marketing campaigns, web business requirements, information architecture and wireframes
• Experience in the non-profit sector desirable
