The Role:

Recently named HRD magazine’s 2015 Employer of Choice, my client is calling all digital disrupters to get in the mix with this exciting new opportunity!

Come and unleash your inner creative beast on our award winning portfolio of websites, apps, social media assets and other exciting upcoming digital projects.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Projects and Innovation, this role presents an exciting opportunity for a savvy, technology astute digital guru to pioneer new development and implement the latest digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with large scale digital projects including website/app builds, integrations and new online tools/diagnostics.
• Assist in building campaign landing and other website pages, for optimal lead generation across all Skills Division brands.
• Edit and upload online content to maintain and update company websites and apps
• Test new functionality and ensure best practice user-experience and accuracy.
• Produce website, social media and other digital reporting as directed by the Marketing Manager, Projects & Innovation.
• Write news articles and blogs for B2B and youth marketing brands.
• Contribute to the social media strategy and planning including pixel tracking and retargeting.
• Write and publish social media content for the Skills Division portfolio of brands.
• Contribute to video production projects as directed by the Marketing Manager, Projects & Innovation.
• Source imagery for websites, blog articles and other relevant publications.

Key Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism or digital media and a minimum of three years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Familiarity with Website Content Management Systems and best practice publishing standards
• Experience in social media content production and advertising
• Sound understanding of best practice data collection methods and privacy laws
• Excellent writing skills coupled with high standards for quality and accuracy
• Ability to gather requirements, consult and proactively develop marketing strategy
• Experience in digital marketing campaign management is advantageous but not essential
