Vitamin T is seeking a Digital Marketing Designer for our client, one of the nation's premier law and consulting firms known for quality and extraordinary commitment to clients & integrated, relationship-based services. The national law firm has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Designer. This position will be based in the Los Angeles office. We are looking for an individual to join our Business Development and Marketing team to assist in the creation of advertisements and graphics projects in both digital and print media; formatting and distribution of e-marketing communications, including invitations and newsletters; and executing website and intranet updates. This position reports to the Marketing Brand Manager and is a part of the Marketing and Business Development Department.

Job Specs:

*Duration: Temp-to-Perm, onsite - West LA (Olympic by 405)
*Earliest Possible Start: 6/19ish
*Salary: $30/hr or $60K (DOE)
*Dress Code: Business Casual

Key Responsibilities:

Online and Interactive Communications
• Edit content on firm website, firm microsites, blogs and firm intranet using CMS (Ektron)
• Post press coverage, firm news, articles, events, bios, job opportunities and awards in a timely manner
• Work with e-marketing software to design html messages in e-newsletters, announcements, invitations and alerts
• Conduct research on peer firms and make recommendations regarding web and social media trends
• Format newsletters, obtain approvals, import/export mailing lists and distribute
• Analyze website traffic and trends with Google Analytics and report data
• Create Word and PDF versions of updated Marketing materials for database
• Report and analyze e-marketing readership statistics
• Prepare analytics and metrics for website traffic throughout the site using Google Analytics, and advise on optimizing content for search engine visibility and ranking.

Graphic Design
• Design and layout of projects such as advertisements, invitations, agendas, brochures, signage, bios, reports, and posters
• Update and manage materials per Brand Guidelines
• Understand file formats and conversion: CMYK, RGB, Duotone, DPI, Postscript, gif/jpeg, tif/eps, PDF, AI and PSD
• Research, purchase and manage digital stock photography
• Knowledgeable about pre-press standards and file preparation
• Edit and format photos for use in multiple formats
• Manage all digital assets, including logo library (publications, clients and awards)
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent corporate brand in all collateral
• Manage printed materials and supply inventory across multiple locations

• Excellent written and oral skills, ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels in the firm
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete projects on tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proofreading and written communication skills
• Experienced in e-marketing and able to work with technologically advanced programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar software
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop)
• Proficiency in Web design and trends for various forms of Web delivery (HTML, Flash, CSS, CMS, Acrobat Professional, Dreamweaver, and SharePoint) on a PC platform
• Requires an understanding of the needs and expectations of working in a law firm environment
• Exceptional attention to detail required
• Bachelor's degree in digital/online communications or related area
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in business environment, additional experience in general marketing positions as well as project management preferred
