Digital Marketing Coordinator

Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled marketing assistant. Working closely with their in-house marketing team, the assistant will have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas. Including: marketing projects online and offline, grass roots marketing programs, social media, trade shows, marketing support for their sales department, market research, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills: Positive attitude, detail oriented, skilled in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to learn new programs quickly as needed, including online tools. Experience with website maintenance, databases, email blast programs, and a basic understanding of html preferred.

• Experience: 2-4 years, Bachelor Degree or equivalent educational experience
• Physical Requirements: Normal office environment

o Super organized | Detail oriented | Can juggle multiple tasks with a smile

• Work Areas:
o Marketing:
• Website maintenance and updates (experience with Drupal or other CMS system, basic understanding of HTML, FTP protocols and a general understanding of how to maintain and update a website, no coding is necessary)
• Ability to use online tools to run reports and pull data (experience with media tracking system like Meltwater, Sysomos etc. preferred)
• Media/Influencer database updates & maintenance
• Manage sampling for media/influencers
• Monitoring/updating Toy/Game industry publications (online & offline)
• Help coordinate creation of sell sheets & monthly buyer email blasts
• Help proof various marketing/sales docs (sales sheets, catalog)
• Assist Social Media Coordinator with maintenance and content development (Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest) as assigned.

o Administrative Tasks:
• Assist with file organization and saving
• Update conference room with current product
• Meeting notes as assigned
• Organize PR hits and gather content for PR page on website
• General administrative support for reporting and other tasks as needed for marketing
