Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the content management and overall user experience for a range of websites, you will be instrumental in building a consistent and engaging tone of voice; and assisting the marketing team in all digital activities including email marketing, online media, analytics, social media and more.

The office is all open plan with some of the best views in Sydney, the team culture is young, dynamic and sociable.

Key Responsibilities
• Consult, collaborate and provide direct support to the Digital Marketing Specialist and Head of Marketing
• Proactively initiate and implement changes to key websites
• Manage online image and document libraries
• Compliance of brand guidelines and online style guides
• Implement website search engine optimisation recommendations
• Assist in scheduling of content across social media and email marketing
• Use analytics to improve content and address website design

Required Skills
• Minimum two years marketing experience, ideally in a pure digital capacity
• Proficient with management of CMS (ideally WordPress and/or Drupal or similar)
• Hands on experience using HTML/CSS will be well regarded
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud e.g. Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of search engine optimisation across web assets
• Experience assisting with developing content for digital campaigns inclusive of email, social, online media, landing pages etc
• Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative
• Experience compiling campaign performance reports and insights
