Digital Marketing Coordinator

Our innovative and growing financial services client has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Coordinator with extensive knowledge of website analytics. This is a temp to hire role. This is an onsite 40 hours/ week position in San Francisco.

The candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of website content updates as well as tracking of digital marketing efforts. This position requires a strong analytical background and familiarity with content management systems and online analytics tools. Candidate should be self-sufficient, smart, hardworking and very organized. Requires a highly detail oriented individual with good proofreading capabilities. Must be a positive, team player and a go-getter willing to work on anything that comes your way!

Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsible for day to day, timely content updates to the website such as product updates, client testimonials, videos, press releases, promotional messages, etc.
• Manage updates to website content calendar to support integrated marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Maintain documentation of all website changes for audit tracking.
• Use SEO best practices to make recommendations and improve organic performance.
• Track, measure and report on website metrics and online marketing performance on a regular basis.
• Work closely with design, user experience and development teams on website enhancement process.
• Manage office locations information across the web and identify opportunities to enhance presence.
• Evaluate competitive marketing practices, websites, industry trends, best practices and new technologies.
• Collaborate with agencies and other internal/external partners.
• Requires some after-hours and/or weekend commitment as projects and website production releases require.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with conversion optimization testing including A/B and multivariate testing experience.
• Experienced with SEO, SEM and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Trends.
• Basic knowledge of HTML preferred.
• Solid understanding of user experience and web design best practices.
• Ability to translate both qualitative and quantitative tests results into actionable business goals.
• Comfortable with numbers and analysis of campaign metrics (KPIs); Expert in Excel.
• Results and deadline driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
