Digital Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a global company with an umbrella of luxury brands, is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This position is responsible for assisting with the execution Digital Marketing initiatives across the portfolio of brands, specifically for the North American market. This is a GREAT opportunity for a Jr-to-mid level Digital Marketing associate to build their resume and portfolio!


Qualifications:
- Must have 2-3 years of Digital Marketing/Media experience (Agency preferred)
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to project manage
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a MUST
- Technically savvy and digitally forward thinker

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support team in digital brand development across media plans for top luxury travel brands-
- Project manage development of digital marketing banners and landing pages, including: organizing and gathering technical requirements from digital agency / publisher and brand assets such offer copy and imagery. Work with agency and digital team to understand, communicate and manage to asset delivery timelines and specs.
- Maintain creative asset database and in-market analyses.-
- Perform quarterly competitive analyses-
- Conduct bi-weekly reporting and analysis of media performance summaries
- Assist with the day to day management of company's affiliate marketing program, including monthly publisher invoicing and campaign creative refreshes.
