Digital Marketing Coordinator

We’re working with a global education industry company to find a Marketing Coordinator to join their team!

Start: Within the next couple of weeks
Duration: Through November
Location: Onsite in client’s Upper Saddle River office
Hours: 35 per week
Rate: Up to $15/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
• Assist with projects and activities for marketing products or services
• Provide administrative support for the marketing department in day-to-day operations
• Maintain customer databases
• Coordinate and disseminate information and samples to the sales force
• Coordinate a number of scheduled marketing activities for our products, including marketing research surveys, planning marketing forums and development of marketing/sales brochures
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and the sales force as needed
• Assist with special marketing projects

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with digital marketing tactics including social media
• Strong communication skills – in-person, via phone, and via email
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Motivated and a self-starter
• Strong quality of work
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
