Digital Marketing Coordinator

Our Fortune 500 Pharma client is looking to a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Digital Group. That is a shared service department, so the work may be in support of all three operating divisions -Pharma (i.e. eye drops), Surgical, and Vision Care (i.e. contact lenses and solution).

They need someone who is:
- Familiar with digital project development process
- Able to coordinate multiple project teams
- Comfortable scheduling meetings with 5 or more team members in national & international time zones
- Ability to be proactive in unstructured environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to clearly communicate & follow up & close loop on communications
- Ability to manage (potentially develop) timelines
-Able to work with little to no direction

DUTIES
-Serve as a partner for the Marketing team, assuming responsibility for managing digital projects including websites, within the marketing department.
-Lead site development projects from a marketing perspective  influencing site strategy, architecture, content and creative.
-This person will coordinate and prepare all materials for review; and work in conjunction with a wide range of team members across various disciplines and departments as well as external partners.
-Marketing expertise blended with and understanding of the technical aspects for site builds is critical.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve project outcomes through effective planning and process management building cross-functional support, ensure timely execution and integrate the outcomes of various processes to ensure optimal resource allocation, strategic business decisions and risk management
• Proactively identify and escalate issues to ensure they are resolved as early as possible
• Point of contact for internal (integrated and brand marketing) and external (digital agency) partners
• Monitor project status and report progress / issues to project sponsors / management to set expectations and ensure effective coordination / communication with all project stakeholders.

EDUCATION BA/BS degree - 3+ years of marketing/digital marketing experience with a focus on project management - Strong leadership and ability to drive influence to ensure flawless execution - Demonstrated ability to effectively produce business results - Good project management skills (Demonstrated utilization of professional project management tools such as Microsoft Project), methodologies and practices - Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
