Digital Marketing Coordinator

Love travel? Love working on websites? Our client is seeking a hands-on, think-on-your-feet marketing generalist with digital expertise, to assist the marketing lead with a variety of traditional and digital marketing projects, along with administrative responsibilities including project tracking and reporting, invoicing and budget monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist marketing team with a wide variety of marketing projects, both traditional (print) and digital platforms.
• Manage website content via CMS system; utilize basic HTML and MySQL skills for minor web and email fixes; support MySQL database issues; run updates on AWS Cloud.
• Work with London IT teams to run website updates and pricing using existing platforms.
• Provide basic Photoshop and Illustrator support
• Assist on all direct mail marketing, sales collateral and consumer and trade advertising programs, including coordinating content, proofreading, trafficking production and overseeing printing.
• Provide relevant content to third party partners and suppliers.
• Insert content into pre-established email templates, pulling lists for and sending emails to selected databases.
• Traffic and assist with general creative marketing requests.
• Assist with creation of presentation materials (PowerPoint), including image sourcing and building presentations.
• Support overall departmental project management.
• Prepare monthly tracking reports for marketing initiatives, including basic web analytics.
• Prepare and process all department invoices monthly.

Qualifications
• Three years plus in a general brand/corporate marketing or agency position involving traditional and digital marketing programs required.
• BS/BA in marketing, digital media, business, or related degree required.
• Experience utilizing a Content Management System to manage website content preferred
• Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, CMS, Microsoft CRM a plus
• Basic working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
• MySQL and experience with Amazon Web Hosting a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook)
• Experience with email marketing programs (ExactTarget preferred)
• Capable of producing website analytics reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required, including basic copywriting and proofreading skills.

This is a temp position with the opportunity to go full-time for the right person.
