Seeking Digital Marketing Coordinator with general marketing skills and knowledge! The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be willing to help with administrative (budget) work as well as assisting the digital, field and social marketing managers execute their plans.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the support and project management of a variety of marketing campaign efforts and student recruitment initiatives for the organization. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work as a key player in supporting the organization's marketing team across all areas including media, digital, social and field marketing.

• Coordinate and schedule work with internal and external resources; track progress ensuring that projects are completed on-time and in budget; regularly reports progress to supervisor as needed
• Process and record invoices for the department budget; manages department budget process including improvements and enhancements to this process as required; shepherds proposals, SOWs and contracts through the approval process, gathering and sharing information among vendors, colleagues and management as required.
• Coordinates monthly reports and updates as required
• Assist department managers with content creation, project management and reporting as assigned
• Project manage the process for initiating creative projects and tracking through the approval process and delivery to internal customer or marketing asset management vendor. This includes timeline management and clear verbal and written communication.
• Implements, manages, and executes campus open house event marketing plans in line with Field Marketing strategy. Tracks and Reports metrics for these events.
• Assist with the development of local and/or special events as assigned, execute event campaigns and track performance.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (regional operations and faculty) or other staff to develop advertising/fliers/collateral/ content and monitoring of timelines and project management of collateral through completion/delivery.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Marketing Asset Management System (MAMS), maintaining service channel requests from users for ordering collateral. Respond on a timely basis and manage reporting for the system, training users on use of MAMS as necessary.
• Creates and manages a communication plans to Regional Operations and staff to keep stakeholders informed of activities, campaigns, plans and results.
• Creates and maintains Field Marketing Calendar, logging all in-market campaigns, internal and external events, and identifying opportunities for participation.
• Assists with the input of data for proper campaign tracking using the existing lead management/CRM system to track strategies and produce reports by source, location, etc. using analytics tools and other applicable technologies to analyze and communicate results and performance of marketing efforts.
• Maintain a budget and invoice tracking.
• Miscellaneous marketing related duties as assigned for continuous improvement of marketing strategies and implementation.
