Digital Marketing Consultant (Bridgewater)

New Project with a top client onsite in Bridgewater NJ! This person will be responsible for managing the development of new and unique marketing campaigns to increase customer transactions and launch new partnership opportunities within the Innovations and Partnerships team of US Direct. This person will be a go-to member of the team touching on both marketing and some Design aspects as well. This role is working on primarily digital platforms and will run for about 6-10 months, potentially longer!


Functional Responsibilities:

• Project manage the formulation of new and unique marketing campaigns to increase customer transactions
• Support team initiatives around customer engagement and satisfaction through digital media and print marketing
• Experience with InDesign software a must, as well as MS Office, HTML and Full Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash) to create and/or modify customer specific communications
• With manager’s guidance, conducts research regarding online customer purchasing trends so that the most effective electronic techniques can be utilized
• Develop collaborative working partnerships with external Vendors, Legal, Creative Services, Production and Procurement to execute strategies in an effective and timely manner.
• Compliance management and monitoring of collateral material inventory including legal department review/tracking as applicable
• Analyze customer and transaction data to identify segments most appropriate for selected utilization or communication campaigns
• Analyze and report the results of self-service initiatives based on reach, recall, response-rates, click-through, yield, lift and unit costs
• Under general supervision, supports the Innovation and Partnerships team to identify new opportunities and expand current customer purchasing opportunities
• Monitor site access patterns to identify customer habits and use them to the organization’s advantage
• Engages partners to gather feedback of marketing collateral performance, improvements and enhancements
• Evaluate alternative self-service initiatives to identify the most attractive based on customer engagement, projected cost-savings or revenue impact
• Perform other administrative projects assigned by the by the manager


Job Requirements

• 3+ years' experience with digital marketing
• Experience with InDesign software a must, as well as MS Office, HTML and Full Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors' Degree in Marketing Degree or related field preferred
• Excellent understanding of the mechanics of ecommerce websites, online
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Expertise with digital marketing
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments
• Demonstrate a high attention to detail and strong creative skills
• Excellent time management, organization skills, and adaptable to frequent change
• Strong leadership skills
• Must demonstrate sound judgment and be able to make decisions quickly in a rapidly changing environment
