Digital Marketing Consultant

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to support the strategic needs of the Digital Marketing Manager within this Health Care organization. This team owns the thought leadership and strategic direction of how customers access virtual visits or telehealth services online. These services involve the use of electronic information and telecommunications technologies to support long-distance clinical health care, patient and professional health-related education, public health and health administration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage cross functional relationships and effective working relationships in a virtual environment.
• Vision and ability to transform customer measurements and Voice Of the Customer (VOC) feedback into meaningful and actionable graphical dashboards.
• Identify KPI’s and work with Reporting and Analytics team to develop reporting
• Track and report out on key project deliverables
• Help to identify and socialize project risks
• Manage Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) process, including BAT timing, defect log management, and coordination within WebIT for analysis and resolution
• Work closely with User Architecture teams on the creation the UX design
• Work closely with Customer Experience team to coordinate usability testing and prioritize any findings to ensure an excellent online customer experience
• Provide oversight and support on Operational Readiness activities; ensure appropriate resources are engaged to provide communication and training to internal and external stake holders.
• Participates in requirements gathering sessions
• Participates and drives Joint Application Design/Development (JAD) sessions to help define business and functional specifications
