Our Healthcare client is hiring a Digital Marketing Consultant as part of a cross-functional team focused on Personalization. This person will be focused on the creation of digital personalization strategies for the companies digital properties, including their website, to best position them to their target markets.

You will be asked to:
* Understand site personalization and have knowledge of current digital trends (web, mobile & social) and personalization case studies
* Be squarely focused on working with team members in developing use cases to optimize the online experiences for specific personas
* Work closely with our digital communications and messaging consultants to align goals and ensure strategies are founded in a consumer-first approach.
* Partner closely with leaders in other areas of the organization to understand their strategies and goals to create integrated solutions to meet their needs
* Create project plans and present them to leadership to garner buy-in for your strategies
* Communicate changes in personalization and results of your work to key stakeholders and leadership, including managers, directors, and vice presidents in our support areas
* Participate or observe consumer research, including usability testing and focus groups, led by our User Experience team
* Foster a partnership with our Analytics team to maximize the opportunities to measure and report on results of personalization and user engagement projects
* Develop strategy for consumer engagement via web personalization that builds loyalty to the brand
* Analyze marketing campaign results, optimize programs, recommend pilot opportunities
* Assist with complex projects/programs from design and development to production
* Facilitate meetings and develop rollout plans and procedures
* Make or manage timely decisions to ensure project success
* Manage task priorities and schedules
