Digital Marketing Consultant

The Digital Marketing Consultant is responsible for the execution, optimization, and success of digital campaigns including email, banner/text link, social and mobile campaigns, performing regular campaign data analysis, and providing insights for our client’s Credit Card Customer Value Management in support of business/product goals. The successful candidate will flawlessly execute campaigns to successful launch, have proven email and direct response marketing experience, possess hyper-attention to detail and deadlines, and have a passion for quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities include:

-Executing innovative approaches to customer value management through digital campaigns. Drive results for all channels, online and offline, through flawless execution of such programs.

-Increase campaign success through continually testing, analyzing and optimizing target criteria, content, landing pages, etc.

-Integrating digital campaigns and communications with direct mail and other offline campaigns.

-Customer communication development -- managing creative development from inception to final product; draft and develop creative briefs for work with ad agency and other internal creative groups.

- Flawless Quality Assurance (QA) -- ensuring creative elements are thoroughly tested for best practices, accuracy, proper functionality, and required tracking.

- Work closely compliance and legal for development, approvals and deployment of digital campaigns. Ensuring digital marketing campaigns adhere to compliance/legal regulations, company policies, document retentions and brand standards. Obtaining and maintaining proper approvals and documentation from all necessary stakeholders including compliance and legal ensuring flawless audits.

-Coordinating with multiple internal marketing teams such as the Digital Channels Group, key line of business partners, product and data analytics groups to execute campaigns.

- Report creation and delivery - ongoing campaign report management and communication of key metrics for campaign; providing insights and recommendations, and producing presentations/documents summarizing performance and optimizations.

- Project management of campaigns and intra-campaign work - coordination across large teams with strong attention to documentation, details and notes from key meetings.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years marketing experience.

- Highly detailed individual with experienced campaign execution background
- Understands the importance of legal and compliance reviews and the need to document and maintain appropriate approvals
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional partnership and collaboration skills
- Proven background executing multi-functional, multi-channel complex marketing campaigns
- Customer advocate focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong working skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Desire to work in a fast paced team focused environment
