Digital Marketing Consultant - Reward Program
Location: downtown SF
Length: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Pay: Competitive

Overview:
Our top F500 financial services client has a need for an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant who will be responsible for the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy/programs in support of the Credit Card Rewards strategy/programs.

The successful candidate will identify growth opportunities across paid, owned and earned digital channels and work closely with offline marketing channels and the line of business to implement rewards program digital initiatives. Online channels include public site, secure site and email marketing, as well as identify new growth opportunities to reach customers in paid media, search engine optimization and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns executed through online channels in support of the rewards strategy/programs.
• Partner with Marketing and Business owners to develop and execute campaigns across owned channels. (onsite, secure session, email, etc.)
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities to reach targeted customers. (e.g. paid media, social media)
• Create ‘Test and Learn’ plans to optimize channel performance working with the line of business to execute plans and share insights.
• Work with product managers and Line of Business Marketing to align campaign messaging across channels and marketing campaigns.
• Able to develop tracking and reporting for online results, including communicating results to management with recommendations.
• Partnering with internal groups (Digital Channels Group and Line of Business Marketing) to identify and execute against new opportunities to support the overall needs.

• Successful candidates will be articulate and have a proven track record of delivering online marketing strategies & campaigns

Basic Qualifications:
5-7+ years in marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms, and/or social media.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Building online marketing strategies with proven track record across paid, owned and earned channels.
-Strong measurement and results orientation.
-Excellent at managing risk through quality controls to ensure online marketing adheres to legal and compliance requirements.
-Must have confidence and presence to represent marketing both strategically and tactically to influence and serve the line of business partners.
-Hands-on experience using analytics to drive creative problem-solving and identify new opportunities.
-Strong project management skills with ability to lay out project and to keep a team focused on key milestones.
-Excellent partnership and management skills with ability to build teams and direct colleagues across the organization.
-Self-starter with proven ability to accomplish deliverables on time. Leadership, partnering and credibility will be determining factors in selection

Preferred Qualifications
-APRIMO experience
-Credit Card or Rewards Program experience
-Bachelor’s degree or higher
