As Digital Marketing Communications Manager for the global Industry business, you play a key role in shaping our digital presence.
Create engaging digital content and build customer experiences.
Playing a key role in this company's digital transformation, you spend your time delivering the right content at each step of our customers’ journey and integrating our digital touchpoints. You simplify the journey and improve the experience across our digital ecosystem to increase customer reach, engagement and satisfaction.
You build a strong collaboration with stakeholders across international offices and functions, including: Global Marketing, Lines of Business, countries, and many more.
As a true digital marketing communication specialist, you:
Build a solid and actionable customer understanding by mapping customer journeys and capturing the digital voice, needs, and behaviors of customers and partners.
Based on customer insights, improve integration and navigation of our digital marketing touchpoints – including company websites, specialized communities, partner portal, etc.
Create relevant and engaging digital content – including campaigns and customer stories optimized for search – and manage content lifecycle together with cross-functional content owners.
Support the global business by managing the digital content for different media, such as eDM, web content, videos, etc.– to tell the whole story and deliver an integrated experience.
Track end-to-end performance and share best practices to ensure continuous improvements.
Deliver the best customer experience through Owned, Paid & Earned digital properties including but not limited to eDM, web and social media.
Execute digital strategies for lead generation, process and conversion & nurturing cold leads
Develop a set of standard reporting along with specific KPIs and predictive lead scoring for the team. Identify data capture opportunities that provide actionable insight
Join a team of skilled and committed marketing and offer experts.
You will report to the Director of Content & Activation, Industry Business Global Marketing, who is part of the company's Global Industry Business Unit. You will work with marketing communications to execute the set Digital Marketing strategy within global corporate standards and guidelines. We are a multi-skilled team working in an open, empowering, and international environment. We challenge ourselves to re-think what is expected.
This job might be for you if:
You have 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and communications in B2B industries – preferably throughout the entire customer journey. You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant field (master’s preferred) and have solid experience in creating digital content and building connected digital experiences across touchpoints and devices.
You have a huge drive to transform our digital presence into a customer centered experience.
You possess excellent written English communication skills, especially in digital environments, and excel at transforming technology-based information into value-based communication
You are knowledgeable of key principles for good eDM, web, video, etc. and how to put these in practice.
You are interested in new technology tools and the trends influencing how to engage with customers.
You have experience working in global teams
Efficiently manage a large workflow and multiple projects at one time
Ability to analyse digital marketing data and take actions accordingly
