Digital Marketing Communications Manager

Our communication focused client is searching for an excellent Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have a strong understanding of managing key sectors within marketing, including but not limited to Branding/Design management, Digital Marketing strategies, Public Relations, and Content Creation, than this could be the perfect position for you!

The Digital Marketing Communications Manager would lead a team of 4 people, and be responsible for the following

- Translate marketing and business objectives into an annual marketing plan
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Business Leadership) to drive the marketing plans
- Manage a growing marketing team and graphic design vendors
- Manage the marketing budget
- Manage brand strategy
- Manager public relations duties, and freelance writing staff
- Manage the national PR initiatives
- Create web content, and SEO campaigns
- Lead generation initiatives
- Manage social media campaigns
- Develop and support implementation of North American content marketing strategy and tactics
- Support marketing professionals in development of content for multiple channels including the website, blogs, marketing collateral, presentations, e-mail, press releases, advertising, white papers and case studies

The must haves!

10 years channel B2B marketing experience, preferably with IT background
At least 3-4 years of managing employees
Ability to work cross functionally between different departments
A solid grasp on content writing
A thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices
The ability to identify and stay on top of digital marketing trends
