This role is a hybrid between DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN PROJECT MANAGER AND SALES AND CONTENT PROJECT MANAGER

Sales and Content PM:
The Worldwide Field Communications team sets strategies for and implements programs/training/sales tools to better enable the field to understand and deepen their engagement and knowledge of our products and solutions.

Business/Role Summary:
• The Content Project Manager serves as partner to the businesses across the company to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and content on a sales presentation repository called ESP. This position helps the business units effectively communicate information about their products to field sales. With the overall goal to make it easier for the field to sell products, this role is specifically responsible for managing product line/BU content on ESP, the tools offered within ESP, as well as other sales tools such as PPM Accelerator. In addition, this role identifies issues/opportunities to improve ESP with new or enhanced features based on field and BU feedback.

Primary Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for working with marketing to assess content and positioning on ESP and prioritizing and executing on improvements.
• Conduct bi-annual ESP Deep Dive reviews for all SBE-2 teams across the company providing each team with content metrics/track content performance and usage based on field activity and recommendations to further refine and improve.
o Develop content metrics and track content performance
o The overall goal is to drive action/change per worldwide sales communications strategies.
o Build relationships with all SBE-2 teams and understand their key care-abouts.
• Provide ongoing ESP training for new marketers and field personnel to help them understand ESP.
• Analyze and influence data reporting
• Help develop, test, and implement new features for ESP that will both easy for the field to use and for the businesses to maintain
• Communicate effectively with the field about new and upcoming features in ESP as well as gather feedback for upcoming projects
• Communicate quarterly metrics, results, and goals

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of digital marketing and/or web project management experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Looking for a positive, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
• Ability to influence groups across the company as well as third party support resources
• Clear communicator: Must be able to educate others on details of training strategy, portal, best practices..

The second piece of this position involves Digital Marketing Campaign Project Management for the Embedded Processing group.

Specific Embedded Processing (EP) responsibilities include:
• Ownership of EP budget process, including quarterly and annual forecasting and reporting for all business units (MCU, Connectivity, Processor)
• Participate on internal Communications and Digital Marketing initiatives

Specific WCS Project Manager responsibilities:
• Function as liaison between WCS Digital Marketing Program Managers and a combination of internal/external resources/vendors for production of a wide variety of promotional and internal communications projects.
• Work with business marketing and digital marketing teams to manage creation of all market launch and campaign deliverables including: web site, product bulletins, banner ads, emails, posters, alias creation and other collateral including white papers and guides.
• Execute translation process of assets requested for translation
• Manage all projects from the information-gathering stage through concept and production stages to final produced communications assets.
• Serve as brand steward for all internal and external documents and web sites.
• Ownership of Connectivity budget, including quarterly/annual forecasting and reporting, purchase order requests and tracking within the budget as well as working with Digital Marketing counterparts to manage financial resources across the business unit.
• Programs must be coordinated with business marketing, Digital Marketing, and international counterparts, as appropriate.
• Support reporting analysis of campaign assets performance

Primary Job Skills:
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously -- all at varying production stages -- and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor with business marketing and communications teams.
• Harmonious teaming with designers, writers, etc. and both print and on-line production specialists is also essential.
• Obtaining estimates from internal & external vendors to find the most cost effective vendor for the project, while maintaining top quality of a project.
• Maintaining quality control and handling proofing of printed & on-line material. -- attention to detail at every stage of production is essential.
• Responsive and proactive support
• Ability to establish, observe and manage competing priorities
• Ability to influence and manage multiple people/vendors without direct reporting
• Ability to create and manage financials/spreadsheets
• Ability to complete analysis and communicate findings of performance of campaign assets
• Detail-oriented

Job Requirements:
• 5-7 years of marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in high-technology.
• Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and drive for results is required for success.

• Software Skills: Microsoft Office/Outlook; Excel; affinity for various computer software/systems
