Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

Our F500 Financial Services client is looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager for their Newark, NJ Office. The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the management and performance optimization of brand advertising efforts utilizing SEM (paid search), SEO, Programmatic Display, Native, YouTube, and Paid Social programs. Reporting into a Performance Media Director, this role is responsible for managing relationships with performance media vendors or agencies as well as coordinating efforts with internal strategy, account management and business unit contacts.

What you will do:
Strategically manage SEO, paid search, display and paid social campaigns across multiple engines and publishers to ensure business unit specific goals are being met.
Maintain alignment with strategic goals for each campaign
Present results & trends in an insightful manner that leads to actionable next steps
Own internal relationships with strategy and account teams as well as external relationships with agency and search engines
Be a leader & expert in performance media within internal teams & Business Units.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years hands-on paid search, display and paid social experience managing large-scale, performance driven campaigns.
Background at a Digital Performance Marketing agency will be strongly considered
Experience with paid search/social/content distribution and reporting is a plus
Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
Experience with Google Analytics a plus
Demonstrated ability to understand and leverage technology to solve digital marketing challenges
Strong communicator and presenter
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management and external agency partners
Ability to collaborate effectively with other internal agency capabilities to meet common goals
Hands on experience with a paid search management platform and ad serving a plus
