Digital Marketing (Automation) Analyst

We need a Digital Marketing Automation Analyst!!!

Under limited supervision and much decision-making:
 Utilizes Eloqua capabilities to execute campaigns that are relevant to the recipient, maximize ROI, achieve revenue and sales targets, and maximize profitability.
 Works with internal teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical execution for a variety of digital marketing campaigns such as automated lead nurture, lead generation and re-generation, paid digital campaigns, welcome, retention, cross-sell and upgrade programs.
 Segments and leverages the marketing database for efficient and effective campaign targeting.
 Creates and updates marketing campaign workflows as changes to business requirements dictate.
 Generates and implements test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing, to drive qualified traffic and revenue-building activities.
 Drives and manages email-marketing processes including strategy, layout, content, messaging, review and segmentation, and list management.
 Monitors, analyzes and reports on campaign performance using data and logic to identify strengths and weaknesses and implement strategic campaign updates.
 Develops on an ongoing basis digital marketing education and participates in online communities to expand learning opportunities and knowledge base of developing practices, trends and innovations.
 Coordinates with internal teams to ensure analytical tracking and performance is conducted accurately and reported timely.

Supervises others: No

 Assists in the accomplishment of Company goals.
 Helps other employees to accomplish Company goals.
 Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
 Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business is required.
 Five years of experience in developing, launching and managing digital marketing campaigns is required.

 Knowledge of industry best practices (inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, etc.).
 Strong understanding of digital marketing with an emphasis on strategy, development, execution, testing methodologies and key performance indicator reporting.
 Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to present complex material in a comprehensive way to internal teams and clients.
 Demonstrated, strong digital copywriting skills and experience.
 Ability to understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle.
 Ability to thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment.
 Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives.
 Demonstrated Eloqua experience including, but not limited to, segmentation, testing, program building, campaign automation, email development and analytics.
 Experience with marketing software solutions such as marketing automation platforms, CRM and testing applications.
 Experienced developing and executing paid digital campaigns including, but not limited to SEM, display ads, Google and social remarketing.
 Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred.
