Digital Marketing Associate

The Assoc. Market Development Manager, Digital Analyst will assist the Global Market Development Team with execution of global marketing campaigns, collaborating with the team to develop and execute social media and digital content and Business turn data into insights.  This position e Marketing Analyst will contribute to multiple projects and own several ongoing responsibilities, including, but not limited to:, social media and digital content creation and maintenance, editorial content calendar maintenance, and dashboard generation for digital content and key product lines, and analysis of user behavior patterns helping to further define and delineate customer segments. The digital Assoc. Market Development Manager marketing analyst collaborates with market development managers to use insights from the digital channel to attract qual segmentation insights to attract qualified leads, deliver resonant messages, and drive decisions for the display of dynamic content.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage weekly Leads Analytics scorecards, working with the CSD Sr. Digital Market -
 Development Manager and the Global Marketing Team.  
- Develop a familiarity with data trends and expertise with company databases.  Formulate and test hypotheses to ensure and improve accurate reporting and integrity of data generated from all regions.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing content to support multiple channels, including social media, web, video, print, and more.
- Work closely with Global Market Development Managers to support programs in the digital and social marketing channels.
- Partner with Market Development Managers to produce reports and analytics of digital marketing programs and selected business focus areas on a monthly basis (or more frequent cadence) to identify key trends and recommended actions.
- Contribute to the development of customer web journeys and identify opportunities to accelerate online ordering/add to cart metrics.

 Investment and program optimization
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing content to support multiple channels, including social media, web, video, print, and more.
- Work closely with Global Market Development Managers to support programs in the digital and social marketing channels.
- May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
- Some travel may be required (10%).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related degree
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, e-business, analytics, technical service, product management or other closely related position
- Experience working with AdWords, Omniture, or other digital performance analysis tools
- Desire to learn and work across multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and have the ability to communicate internally and externally with different business and management levels.
- Analytical thinking skills and experience in analyzing trends on a business
- Strong digital marketing understanding in digital performance metrics, SEO and Google adwords, and ecommerce
- Desire to learn and work across multiple teams
- Strong business acumen and customer focus
