Digital Marketing Assistant

Vitamin T is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Assistant for an eight-week assignment, possibly longer.

OVERVIEW:

The purpose of the digital marketing assistant is to assist in all aspects of the development and ongoing maintenance of the hospital's websites, email, social media and search marketing programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather web content, photos, video and other assets and post to the hospital websites.

Coordinate photo and video shoots as needed.

• Continuously monitor the hospital websites and make necessary updates as needed. Complete

website update requests from internal stakeholders and approve and publish web pages for

editors based on established website guidelines.

• Monitor and ensure accurate information is displayed for the hospital's locations in online

directories (Google business, Yahoo, etc.)

• Update tracking and analytics reports. Send email updates to identified stakeholders.

• Create and send email campaigns based on identified tactics in marketing plan. Assist with

tracking and reporting of performance on email campaigns.

• Maintain and renew domain names.

• Process departmental invoices and schedule meetings as needed.

SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communications or related field. Additional course

work in digital/web marketing.

• Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.

• 1-2 year’s experience working in a digital/web marketing role with familiarity in one or more of

the following:

• Google Analytics, online directories, content management systems and email systems.

• Ability to work as a team and interface with a variety of people in the organization.
