Digital Marketing Assistant

​As a Digital Marketing Assistant for 14+ months at a Fortune 500 multi-national tech company in New York city, you report to the Product Marketing Manager on the Content & Community team and play a critical role in promoting the program via direct response marketing channels. In close partnership with the Product, Content, Analytics and Community teams, you will grow consumer adoption, earn brand love and engage the existing community. You are an analytical thinker who develops and activates innovative, data-driven marketing strategies and corresponding user journeys to achieve global business goals. 

Must be AdWords Certified for this role.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Launch and optimize direct response marketing campaigns
  • Track performance of each direct response marketing campaign and provide regular KPI updates 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional creative stakeholders to develop marketing collateral 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional analytics stakeholders to develop experiment designs 
  • Develop infrastructure and tools to increase campaign efficiency and reduce manual processes 
  • Manage relationships with internal advertising team to ensure compliance with company's ad policies 
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, such as organic social media analytics, organic video analytics, and marketing collateral localizations 

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience focused on direct response marketing 
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience focused on digital marketing tactics 
  • AdWords certified and experience with Google ad products 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset 
  • Ability work independently and self-learn from documentation 
  • Advanced project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once 

Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications or Not Required: 

  • Proficiency across G Suite productivity apps 
  • Experience with paid media re-targeting campaigns 
  • Experience with SQL and dashboarding 
  • Experience with Google Analytics 
  • Knowledge of foundational marketing statistics 
  • Experience collaborating with creative partners or agencies 
  • Familiarity with Simply Measured
