Digital Marketing Analytics

We are looking for a several talented Digital Marketing Analyst at various levels (Junior through Senior). In this role, you will define success metrics, makes assessments of marketing channels and operations and helps with marketing campaign optimization efforts. Leverages testing capabilities to ensure best performing solutions are identified. Provides reports and dashboards with recommendations.


  • Determine ongoing analytic needs by building relationships with stakeholders to incorporate tracking on all digital assets; Gather, define, and communicate analytics priorities by forming consensus across stakeholder groups; Drive requirements gathering for analytic requests from stakeholders

  • Compile, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, expose new opportunities, and answer ongoing business questions

  • Use KPIs, diagnostics, drivers, and trends to measure performance against business goals

  • Execute descriptive and diagnostic analyses to address business questions, issues, and opportunities

  • Lead A/B testing / multivariate testing efforts; analyze results using statistical methods to make recommendations to improve user experience and business results

  • Design basic data visualizations and build reports and dashboards using tools (e.g. web analytics tools, Excel, Tableau or TIBCO Spotfire) to monitor business performance

  • Communicate analytic findings and actionable recommendations to improve business performance

  • Gather business requirements for data collection to provide implementation guidelines to the technical team
