Digital Marketing Analyst (Testing & Personalization)

One of our Fortune 500 financial service clients is in the process of building a leading platform for digital research distribution, which will include a “state-of-the-art” e-mail marketing and web-based content distribution platforms. This client is a strong believer in data-based decision making and is looking to drive their digital marketing strategy through analytics and experiments rather than intuition. In this role, you will utilize techniques such as A/B testing, multivariate testing and personalization and they want you to take the lead. Since the client is building this platform from the ground up, you have the unique opportunity to influence the system design to ensure you get the capabilities you need.
This role is most appropriate for someone with prior experience with web and campaign analytics and deep expertise specifically on testing and personalization. You will be joining a team of data lovers with a growing digital analytics capability to help build out a "test and learn" culture.

Responsibilities:
• As a highly skilled analyst, you will help set-up testing programs define testing strategy, execute and manage tests, analyze results and optimize digital platforms .
• Lead the design, setup and execution A/B /multivariate tests and other experiments across our digital marketing activities
• Develop and maintain a Test Library / Playbook for tracking, prioritizing, and institutionalizing tests
• Lead brainstorming and idea creation on what to test and how to optimize digital marketing
• Create standard, recurring reports to communicate the results of tests
• Assist with the setup of a testing program, including process definition, tool selection etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years experience in digital marketing / web analytics
• Deep knowledge of and experience with A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing, and related techniques
• Experience with Adobe Target (Test & Target) or similar tools (Maxymiser,Monetate, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and project management skills
• Experience with an e-mail marketing platform a plus (ex. Neolane, Unica, Eloqua, Responsys)
