Digital Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to tackle projects end-to-end. This person should have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals with an eagerness to stay on top of the industry’s best-practices and ever-changing environment. This roll will encompass both strategic and tactical work, data-analysis, competitive analysis and a regular reporting and communication cadence. It is an ideal position for someone who has got strong digital marketing understanding and experience but is still happy to work with a lot of hands on issues and multiple projects.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications
Experience in digital advertising/direct response - end to end autonomous management of large-scale campaigns
Proven track record of using digital media to acquire, engage, and nurture users throughout the funnel
A thirst for understanding the data accompanied by demonstrable technical skills - especially with Adwords, Doubleclick, and Google Analytics
Strong POV on how to plan, execute and interpret results for a campaign
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate findings and key results to influence management decisions

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Performance media team in EMEA to support all of Medialab’s digital DR initiatives:
Lead the trust initiatives across EMEA performance media channels.
Serve as the primary lead on biddable/SEM media programs and manage all tactical aspects of running campaigns.
Drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and value to the business. This includes advanced analytics to measure online-to-offline contribution; mobile-to-offline contribution; cross-channel impact; e2e development; etc.
Lead outstanding customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationship, A/B and multivariate testing, etc.).
Work closely with PMMs to help drive success in meeting their goals. Partner with the cross-channel leads for integrated campaign program development.
Manage and get involve in the approvals of the quarterly digital performance budget planning and allocation for leading products.
Troubleshoot and partner with the product marketing managers on performance marketing campaigns.
Manage and develop with the agency team to deliver quarterly digital DR insights.
Collaborate and lead reporting and scope of work projects across the performance marketing campaigns
