Digital Marketing Analyst

The role of the Entertainment Assets team, as an integral part of the Marketing Communications group, is to manage the collection of digital marketing assets from Third Party Branded Content Partners.

The Digital Marketing Analyst, as a key member of the Entertainment Assets team, is charged with obtaining approvals from Content Partners for use of digital assets in any marketing material. Digital assets are used to promote mobile devices and highlight Mobile Applications (Apps) in marketing campaigns including Print, Digital, Web and Broadcast formats.
Project Management
• Support Marketing team by engaging with Application Developers and Content Partners to acquire and develop assets that facilitate a consistent and memorable consumer experience.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, content partners and internal business partners.
• Acquire a variety of application and graphic assets for use in marketing creative.
• Manage project submissions to project approval portal and ensure prompt routing and follow-up approvals from partners.
• Support development of graphic assets for use by agency partners.

Strategy/Creative/Brand Management Process
• Interface directly with agencies and partners.
• Communicate all brand guidelines for internal and external branded properties.
• Deliver constructive feedback from to clients and agencies on changes to creative required to obtain asset approvals.
• Act as guardian for internal and external brands by reviewing marketing assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines.
• Train partners and agencies on creative approval process.
• Apply knowledge of device differentiation, mobile platforms and operating systems to improve overall effectiveness of marketing content.
• Confirm strategy/branding to plan. Recommend asset usage to insure compatibility with messaging.
• Develop tools to help agencies/partners obtain approval for marketing and advertising content.

Relationship Management
• Serve as support for internal marketing and product client teams.
• Build customer loyalty among internal and external teams by providing excellent service, ensuring availability of relevant assets, and securing approvals in a timely manner.
• Maintains strong business relationships with Application Developers and content providers, proactively work with them to manage existing assets and develop new content to meet brand standards.
• Work closely with internal cross functional teams in an effort to stay current on strategies and develop content to support device launches and other promotions.

Required Qualifications
• Experience of at least 2 to 3 years in a similar role in Marketing Communications or Project Management. Working knowledge of agency and client relationships would be desirable.
• Extremely flexible and able to deal with ambiguity and gaps in process as needed.
• Previous experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Solid experience working with agencies and third party business partners. Experience with Mobile Application Developers, Game Developers and Content Partners strongly desired.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment.
• Ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate and manage workflow on complex projects working with both internal and external partners.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications required.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in mobile device marketing, with emphasis on phones and tablets.
• Extensive work history of at least 3 to 4 years in a supervisory role responsible for coordination of multichannel marketing campaigns, sponsorship programs or third party partnerships.
• Multicultural experience, including Spanish and Chinese, desirable.

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with practical focus in one of the following areas: Marketing, Project Management, Marketing Communications; Master’s degree in Marketing or related desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications required.
• Experience or working knowledge of mobile devices, with an emphasis on Android operating systems, devices and applications, preferred.
• Experience and/or working knowledge in print and graphics production including knowledge of proper digital file resolution for various print and digital formats desired.
