This Digital Marketing Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract commitment for one of the industries leading fortune-500 airline companies here in the DFW!

Job Responsibilities
• Leverage web & email analytics to understand performance of and customer interaction with site content & emails, such as categories, featured placements (including promotions/sales) and general online shopping experiences to identify business opportunities and risks
• Communicate opportunities and merchandising recommendations with partner teams (Marketing Communication & Digital Production) and lead initiatives aimed at improving the Customer Experience and revenue generation of our digital properties
• Research and recommend the best on-site tools/features, landing pages, and experiences to encourage conversion
• Working with Marketing Communications and Digital Production, develop and execute plans which drive site conversion and sales via coordinated online merchandising strategy
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to identify action items, recommend improvements to, and support key merchandising strategies for all digital marketing channels to ensure the best possible customer experience
• Maintain an acute awareness of the business context; including customer intent, competitive pressures, and internal variables
• Evaluates and reports on product performance, sales, and other offers. Researches, creates and distributes select marketing reports on a regular (daily, weekly, monthly) schedule and on an ad hoc basis.
• Must possess strong abilities and interest in extracting and analyzing useful, business-related information from large amounts of traffic and revenue data.
• Must be able to organize data and effectively communicate analysis in well-written memos, charts, graphs, and/or presentations as well as propose and direct day-to-day improvements and focus on areas of opportunity.
• Assists in efforts to build and assemble fact base business cases for strategic recommendations including distilling complex, detailed data down to easily understood, presentable & actionable findings.
• Lead and own the organization and development of research and analysis, and effectively communicates findings to key stakeholders.
• Supports internal Customers with basic online analytics training and support. Creates dashboards as needed.
