Digital Marketing Analyst

Unique opportunity for a self-motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Analytics professional to provide leadership in the development and delivery of real-time analytics on our digital channels in a global, B2B environment. In this key role you will apply your expertise in digital marketing analytics to deliver and manage new, best-in-class dashboards and “operational cockpits” for our campaigns that power our data-driven performance culture and rapid expansion of digital marketing as a way of life. In addition, you will apply your expertise in digital marketing best practices to aid in developing key insights across our digital tactics and channels, while tracking metrics and making recommendations to demonstrate, expand and optimize business impact from our digital marketing channels. Those channels of top priority are social, email, PPC, organic search and behavioral.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead the definition, creation and maintenance of standardized dashboards and operational cockpits specific to key roles within the organization to include, but not limited to, Corporate Marketing, Division Leadership, Marketing Leadership, Product Marketing, Vertical Marketing, Regional Marketing, Digital Marketing and Marcom teams.
• Apply your strong and proven digital analytics and data visualization skills,
understanding of digital marketing best practices and business acumen to deliver compelling actionable insights that drive rapid business adoption of digital channels and use of the metrics provided for business performance management.
• Leverage your proven consultative skills and knowledge of best-practices in digital marketing to host regular consultative sessions with key stakeholders to share your insights and recommendations to optimize, improve and change business results from our digital marketing efforts. Use these sessions to assist in SEO, email, PPC, organic search and behavior-based marketing success.
• Apply your exceptional project management and interpersonal skills to coordinating with colleagues and vendors to drive refinement or creation the required systems, workflows and business practice disciplines to obtain the required digital metrics.
• Create, maintain and cross-train colleagues with complete and accurate business
requirement, technical specification and work process documentation associated with our digital marketing analytics to include step-by-step work instructions for all
standardized and ad-hoc reporting under development or active.
• Team with your Data Operations colleagues, Information Technology Dept and the user communities for the various systems of record for the data on which we rely to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized digital analytics, tools and processes. Use our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Process to initiate and drive impactful changes in systems and work practices where required.
• Set-up attribution models to measure and analyze multi-channel effectiveness.
