If you're the type of person who rocks excel like no other, the type who lives & breathes web analytics, then this may be the perfect job for you! One of our clients in Orange County - a global financial services firm - is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst for their team.

Every day, you will gather/analyze data to identify KPIs (key performance indicators), understand online traffic patterns, segment customer behaviors, and prioritize site issues to result in improved website performance. You will work closely with business units including Affiliate, Partner/Display, & SEO/SEM. Ultimately, you will be making recommendations to key decision makers to assist their understanding of site usage, customer behavior, activities, engagement, and persistency across various channels and brands.

As our perfect candidate, you should have a degree in business, marketing, or a quantitative field. You should have a solid knowledge of online direct response marketing and metrics, experience with analytics and reporting tools (Adobe Insight, SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, Cognos, etc. and expert-level proficiency in MS Suite (Excel in particular) to manipulate data, and create analysis & presentations. If you have an MBA, even better.
