Digital Marketing Analyst

Our healthcare client is looking for a digital marketing analyst who will be a key contributor to the success of the digital paid media team. This team leverages online media channels to drive acquisition and increase engagement across all lines of business. This position will be responsible for partnering with multi-disciplined stakeholders to support creative development, ensure accuracy of online tracking, maintain compliance with internal and external guidelines, manage workflow, and adhere to development timelines. They will also be tasked with maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, and data analysis that reveal actionable insights. The ideal candidate is organized and has the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  They will combine a practical, hands-on proficiency with data manipulation as well as search engine marketing and have a solid understanding of how data is used in online direct marketing. The ability to collect and organize data, understand the results, and communicate them effectively is required. This position will have a direct and measurable impact on the bottom line.

Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Monitor the creative design and copywriting process among several agencies and internal teams making sure milestones are met and advertising adheres to brand standards, and marketing guidelines.
• Track all iterations of creative and copy ensuring that required changes are made in accordance with the production schedule and materials are ready for flight in a timely manner.
• Ensure key marketing, legal and compliance stakeholder signoff on creative design and copy.
• Work with internal teams to assign online and call tracking parameters. Ensure all tracking parameters are active and recording results correctly prior to flight.
• Synthesize agency campaign reports and analysis for search and online display identifying learnings based on various placement types, messages and creative executions.
• Support the media planning team in ad hoc analysis and report assignments
• Consolidate and integrate reports across similar campaigns
• Bring analytical rigor and precision to all reporting deliverables
