Digital Marketing Analyst-Strong analytics, such as Google Analytics needed for this role!




Primary responsibility will be performance reporting. Excel skill set will be most important criteria for this role followed by ability to use google analytics. Candidates need to have have had reporting and analytics as their main focus with recent work experience. This person will not be running campaigns.He/she will be looking at the B2C Channel holistically and reporting on this. Candidates must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in excel. This person will be sending out daily e-mails, weekly e-mails with trend analysis, collect top initiatives of the team for reporting. Monthly report that expands updates and includes power point. This person will work will all team members to gather this information and needs to be comfortable requesting it and following up. Candidates should have proven experience with web site analytics and optimizing sites to improve user experience as well as a solid understanding of Google Analytics with real world experience. The majority of this reporting will be on the Travel site but some will be on tuition insurance. There will be A/B multivariate testing on the travel site. Reports are on Maxymizer now and this person will work with the optimization manager. They are looking for folks who are not afraid to dig in. The ideal candidate is someone who is very analytical and passionate about data. She will consider more junior level candidates provided they have the necessary skills.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Analytics, Market Research or related field or combination of relevant education and work experience

· One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in e-commerce website optimization or design, web data analysis or digital marketing.
· Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources including: surveys, web analytics, customer service feedback and customer data warehouses using various tools to form a comprehensive assessment.
· Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Intermedia level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Proficiency with Google Analytics and Maxymizer or other front-end testing tools and analytical platforms
· Proficiency with one or more business intelligence tool (i.e. Cognos); including the ability to query databases
