Digital Marketing Analyst

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be a part of a team whose vision is to transform human health. As part of the Global Marketing Digital Experience Team, eCommerce and Analytics, you will be a champion for data-driven decision making. This position will be responsible for translating Business Unit marketing leaders’ needs to reporting deliverables and analyzing website section trends to identify actionable insights. In partnership with key stakeholders, you will support the organization with the tracking, reporting, analyzing, and quality assurance of website and campaign data. You will be an advisor for internal stakeholders through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
• Drive conversations with Business Unit marketing and product marketing leaders to build dashboards of actionable KPIs around the growth drivers of the Business Unit. Create, maintain, and curate dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing data and insight for internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain key performance indicators and ecommerce models for web sections, web assets, internal campaigns, and purchase funnels to determine effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide ad hoc reports and present insights into visitor behavior and ultimately drive improvement.
• Perform analytics administration including account, dashboard, and segmentation maintenance.
• Create tracking codes to measure internal and external marketing campaigns.
• Work with the Digital Experience team and marketing stakeholders to ensure the highest quality and integrity of digital analytics data.

Requirements
• 5+ years experience in web analytics experience, data analysis, pattern identification and trend analysis with various forms of data, especially e-commerce data.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more enterprise analytics platform with strong preference for Omniture toolset (Adobe Analytics, Discover, Target, Report Builder). Adobe Target a plus.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools including Tableau and Cognos.
• Advanced understanding of Excel functions and macros, particularly in automating dashboards powered by Report Builder. Well versed at automating with formulas a plus.
• Experience in CRM funnel building and marketing automation a plus.
• Passionate about learning and working on challenging projects and roles, to identify high ROI opportunities and improve KPI through deep understanding of uses behavior.

• Extremely detail oriented with strong organization skills to manage multiple projects and reporting requests.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
• Experience with large marketing data sets, Data Warehousing and Visualization tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills with an ability to facilitate and communicate upwards and across the organization.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Grace under pressure, with an ability to both give and receive constructive criticism.
• Strong passion for financial and data analysis.
• Natural inclination to optimize processes and operations.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Sciences.
