Digital Marketing Analyst

One of the biggest names in education is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their Washington, DC team. Ideal candidates will have experience with inbound and outbound demand generation programs and marketing operations. The position works in close partnership with the company’s demand generation teams in our industry vertical marketing teams (K-12, Higher Education, and Professional Education) in both US and International markets. They help drive shared best practices for digital marketing and demand generation across the company. The Digital Marketing Analyst will serve as the company advisor in integrated email marketing programs; ensuring clients, end-users and prospects receive timely relevant communication. They will also assist with nurture campaign strategy and development, lead-generation best practices, and marketing pipeline flow management.


Responsibilities:


Marketing Campaign Management: leverage demand generation best practices to help design and run the marketing campaigns that are powered by, Eloqua, the marketing automation platform
  • Customer and Prospect marketing
  • Content mapping to Buyer’s Journey
  • Buyer personas
  • Content marketing
  • Multi-channel marketing
  • Measuring results
  • Sales and field marketing enablement


    Marketing Automation: apply technology to support a business process and campaign workflows.

  • Understanding of digital marketing

  • Savvy Marketing Automation skills with any marketing automation platform. SalesForce.com a plus, but MUST KNOW Eloqua.

  • Some experience with CRM Administration skills a plus.

  • Test and analyze workflow, content, lead scoring and tactics for improvement.

  • Keeps the sales-inquiry flow and communications efficiently moving between the marketing automation platforms.
