Digital Marketing Analyst - Behavior Change Marketing Agency

Our client, a Behavior Change Marketing Agency, seeks a professional and experienced Digital Analyst to establish, maintain and expand the social and digital media presence of their clients' behavior change marketing campaigns. These are long-term campaigns and social marketing programs that primarily focus on tobacco prevention among youth. The Digital Analyst role supports these efforts by employing strategies and techniques from market research, quantitative and qualitative data analyses, to generate actionable recommendations and evaluation. Data is both structured and unstructured, generated by social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Snapchat and YouTube, and by digital media sources such as websites and various types of paid media ads. By implementing effective and cutting-edge strategies the Digital Analyst will help to build audiences, increase sustained engagement and drive traffic to campaign media.

-----RESPONSIBLITIES-----

***ANALYSIS:
- Analyzing online marketing data to provide insight into the performance of clients’ digital and social media;
- Develop web measurement strategies and plans;
- Modifying and implementing web analytics packages (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture);
- Maintain functional expertise in integrated channel marketing (including online based channels such as website, display, paid social, organic social, email and search), analytical tools, techniques, and other infrastructure requirements;
- Work closely with respective team members from various disciplines (creative, account management, digital, events, etc.) within the agency and the client to optimize and coordinate campaign strategies;
- Troubleshoot reporting issues for internal and external systems.

***REPORTING:
- Provide insights and develop recommendations based on measurement reporting and analysis;
- Evaluate client initiatives success and participate in the report card process;
- Compile comprehensive reports on social and digital media performance using internal templates and professional reporting tools;
- Setting up internal and external links for monitoring, tracking and reporting. Internal account team facing responsibilities representing all marketing analytics (web, online advertising, email, and emerging trends).
