Digital Marketing Analyst - 3+ Yrs Experience

Our group has a mandate to support its Business Units with digital programs and experiences that engage consumers in the on-demand digital world. The Digital Analytics team is instrumental in providing:

 strategic perspective (how will we measure success of these programs?)

 technical expertise (how will we capture the data we need?)

 analysis (how will we show our business impact and what opportunities exist to improve?).

The role requires a rare combination of deep and sophisticated analytical expertise; business acumen; strategic mindset; client, relationship, and project management; and a passion for building new capabilities. Job Responsibilities

• Be a strategic thinker

o Help the Customer Office and other BUs identify success metrics

o Act as a human feedback loop by developing your knowledge of the client

• Get creative with technology

o We are in a position to help define our data collection and visualization stack

o You will be in a position to decide which tools to use and how to design the solution

o Also, QA and attention to detail will be critical

• Tell compelling stories

o Tell stories about the experience: are users able to complete their tasks on time

o Tell stories about the customer and business: who are our most valuable customers

Qualifications:

 Consultative nature, with proven track record of using data to answer business questions.

 3+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics, market research, customer knowledge, or consulting

 Broad understanding of media and campaign execution and analysis tools such as ad servers (DFA), organic search, social media management and listening, DMPs, and paid search bid management

 Understanding of and experience with tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Ensighten, Teallium)

 Expert-level knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

 Understanding of fundamentals of content management and digital publishing customer behavior to help define deployment and content strategies to maximize business impact want to ACT on that data. Use your digital marketing savvy to find opportunities to
capitalize on wins and address areas for improvement experience? What should we test? and how can we acquire and nurture more of them?

 Understanding of email marketing tactics and technologies (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, ExactTarget)

 In-depth practical knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, necessary, data visualization experience such as Tableau a plus.

 Experience running A/B and Multivariate (MVT) tests for digital campaigns.

 Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and clearly explain data to non-technical executive audiences

 Prior exposure to financial services or insurance industry and managing analytics vendors.
