Responsibilities:
- provide strategic advisory and operational support to the marketers responsible for specific business offerings on the use of e-marketing in their marketing campaigns
o build integrated e-marketing plans to promote content or initiatives
o project manage and implement plans
o analyse and share results across the firm highlighting business successes and success stories to replicate
o train and educate marketers and consultants on e-marketing best practice
o provide ad hoc operational support when needed

- lead social media activities acting both at a strategic and operational level
o define, communicate and implement social media strategy with the e-marketing manager
o be the main social media expert at, ensuring there is a good usage of social media across the first, providing advice or support when needed
o create, update and share social media guidelines and policies
o initiate various forms of training (individual or group trainings) to improve the marketing team’s or the business’ understanding and usage of social media
o manage the social media updates on corporate accounts and possible other accounts
o identify online communities relevant for our various business audiences that should be active on
o create and share reporting on a monthly basis highlighting businesses successes and success stories to replicate

- contribute to raise e-marketing team profile across the firm
o reinforce and promote the application of e-marketing strategic messages to all stakeholders
o proactively suggest new relevant e-marketing techniques, process and guidelines improvements or updates to improve the e-marketing performance


Desired experience:

- approximately 5 year experience in digital marketing roles in agency or client site
- generalist digital role responsible for the planning and the execution of online integrated campaigns using a broad range of digital channels (website, SEO, mobile, email marketing, social media, online advertising) including a solid social media experience
- B2B environment or professional services
- stakeholder management with senior people in particular
- global and complex organisation
- fast pace and high pressure environment


Desired skills and qualities:

- excellent knowledge of user acquisition, conversion and retention online tactics
- excellent knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practice: online (desktop and mobile) experience, online design, online content, testing techniques, SEO, online advertising, social media, mobile
- advanced user of CMS, Google Analytics and email marketing tools
- good writing skills and ability to work on complex content
- good understanding of online technologies

- passionate and enthusiastic about digital
- outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to articulate and present digital concepts and ideas to a non-digital savvy audience
- creative and able to generate innovative ideas with a solid business acumen
- excellent numeracy and analytical skills and ability to produce actionable campaign metrics reports to a non-digital savvy audience
