Digital Marketing

This Digital Marketing role is responsible for supporting the B:B marketing and communications needs business.
• Partner with business team in developing marketing plans and strategies to support key business objectives.
• Assist in managing the corporate client experience for existing clients, work closely with relationship managers to ensure they have the marketing tools/materials needed.
• Manage acquisition programs to attract new corporate clients and support the new corporate client on-boarding experience.
• Work collaboratively with sales to manage communications through the sales funnel including sales presentations, lead generation and on-boarding materials.
• Partner with other marketing teams in managing the corporate employee experience, working closely with them to understand corporate client employees.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for new and existing products and services, with an emphasis on digital and social media
• Work closely with marketing partners to leverage best practices and new learnings
• Work closely with manager to leverage and enhance an integrated channel platform, including digital and social media.

SKILLS NEEDED:
• Proven ability to develop effective client-centric B:B marketing programs which generate results
• Exposure to B:C marketing environment, with an understanding of meeting multiple audience needs
• Strong mix of analytical skills and strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to drive business results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data and develop recommendations
• Experience in integrated marketing and its channels: email, direct mail, print, events, etc., including a strong understanding of digital and social media
• Experience working with agencies or has previously worked at an agency
• The ability to work within a highly matrixed organization and collaborate on cross-enterprise initiatives a must
• Results-oriented approach to success measurement and continuous improvement
• Ability to make sound decisions

• Must have solid social media skills.
• Duration of job: 3-4 months.
