Digital Marketing & Operations Manager

Vitamin T is looking for a Digital Marketing & Operations Manager to work as part of our client's Digital Marketing team on the planning, implementation, management, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns and digital development.

Qualified candidates will have experience and working knowledge of Search (PPC/SEO), Display Advertising, Digital Development (banners, landing pages) and be an expert in the planning and day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns for multiple, various budget client accounts, including supporting keyword research, strategy, campaign build-outs, reporting and ongoing optimization and improvements based on data and insights.

This individual will work closely with the Digital Team Leads for Search (PPC/SEO), Programmatic (Display) and Digital Development (Banners, Landing Pages, etc) and our Account Managers to oversee digital advertising programs on behalf of clients and will report to the Digital Marketing Director and CEO.

Responsibilities:
 Working with clients and Team Leads to determine digital strategy, including identifying channels and tactics with the greatest opportunity.
 Support in planning and implementation of campaigns, including overseeing all aspects of keyword research, strategy, campaign structure and build-out, digital assets, and review recommendations based off of campaign performance and direction from Team Leads.
 Ongoing management of digital campaigns, including implementation and daily monitoring and optimization of ad spend, digital assets, and analytics tracking
 Tracking and reporting of campaign performance, including support for reporting and contributing to client-facing reports on PPC/SEO, Display, Analytics, and other tools as necessary
 Providing clients with ongoing insights and recommendations for performance improvements
 Remain up-to-date on industry trends in order to suggest new digital advertising
opportunities to clients
 Campaign troubleshooting pre, during and post campaign launch, as needed
 Manage 3rd party digital vendor partnerships as necessary
 Work with new business team to ensure strong customized pitches to existing clients. This includes helping with the development of PowerPoint decks and other assets

Skills & Experience:
 3+ years experience in the Digital Marketing Industry with an emphasis on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay-per-Click (PPC), and Digital Development
 Extensive knowledge in Google AdWords, Display/Programmatic, and Google Analytics
 Proficiency with Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM), Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools) a plus;

Personal Characteristics:
 Strong analytical skills and ability to sort through data and find solutions and recommendations
 Strong written communication skills with an understanding of the writing styles required for different digital advertising campaigns
 Self-motivated to quickly learn new technologies, applications and processes
 Detail-oriented and effective time manager, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding work environment
