Digital Marketing - Analytics Manager

You will assist the Director of Marketing Analytics in creating a comprehensive analysis of a marketing launch for an online product across merchants, financial institutions, and consumers. Your main responsibility will be to create individual dashboards for marquee merchants, top financial institutions, and consumers, as well as an overarching dashboard.

Specific responsibilities will include:
• Development, maintenance, and sharing of a marketing dashboard
• Exploratory data mining to identify business and marketing opportunities
• Descriptive and predictive modeling to target campaigns more effectively
• Marketing campaign measurement and analysis
• Collaboration with technology organization to develop and maintain marketing analytics environment
• Collaboration with Research and Finance organizations on marketing ROI analysis
• Collaboration with media vendors on campaign tracking and measurement
• List pulls for marketing campaigns and market research surveys

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of marketing analytics experience in a highly analytical environment
• High proficiency with one or more of the following: SAS, SPSS, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Access, and Hadoop
• Must have strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, including the ability to translate analyses into easily digestible stories for senior management consumption.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Bachelor degree required, with an MBA/MS or Ph.D. in statistics, accounting, finance, or economics preferred.
