Digital Marketing - 35

Min 4 years of related digital and consumer packaged goods/lifestyle marketing experience
Agency experience in delivering digital, mobile and social programming for Fortune 100 companies a must!


Digital Marketing
Align with corporate priorities and participate in setting strategic plans for digital marketing
Participate in planning, developing and executing of all digital marketing programs and campaigns, including online brand and product advertising, social media, mobile and .com deliverables
Provide inputs/insights based on historical information, current trends & experiences to help evolve the client’s digital footprint
Experience in working with various digital & social platforms (CMS, Monitoring, etc…)
Ability to recognize and pursue growth opportunities on existing accounts
Possess deep knowledge of, and passion for, emerging technologies
Deliver formal and informal presentations to help win and educate clients, prospects and internal teams

Digital Marketing Management
Manage digital marketing and communications plans across all online programs including website, social media, online media, and mobile
Ensure that the brand website content, strategy and promotion drives ROI for cross-functional objectives
Work with team to supervise social media plans, plus ongoing statistics, user-generated content, consumer feedback/interaction
Work with internal partners to develop, listen, maintain, and grow our online communities

Project Management
Work with team to develop content and communication plans to drive digital initiatives for sports marketing, music marketing, advertising media, and events
Manage digital assets generated for the client’s online initiatives (i.e. blogs, rich media online ads, brand sites and social media applications)
Manage the creative process from concept to launch of individual digital executions
Manage departmental processes, oversee internal department accounting (billing, job codes, reconciliation), and manage internal project communication
Assemble, recommend and monitor budgets and expenses while managing realistic budget expectations for clients

Analytics
Work with Analysis team to report qualitative & quantitative metrics for digital performance
Provide analytical insight to web metrics and digital analytics for insights to real-time quick fixes and solutions to on-going campaigns and initiatives
Ability to understand and interpret analytical reports (including Google Analytics, Omniture, and other platforms) and make sound recommendations to internal teams and clients
Review and analyze online market/trend data to support business goals, ROI and KPIs

Communication / Cross Functional Integration
Develop strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
Ability to provide clear direction and inspire client, account, and creative teams
