The Digital Marketer will be a self starter responsible for coordinating, planning and the execution of online B2B digital communication activities: including website updates, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Will help execute effective cross channel campaigns driving leads and revenue.

• Solid understanding and knowledge of the online space and how to effectively utilize for multi channel messages.
• Ability to quickly repurpose content coming from multiple internal sources to get a message out to our B2B audiences to continue to build awareness and nurture.

Work within cross function teams to drive revenue:
• Digital Marketing Managers to develop a complete campaign – multi touch, multi channel
• Web designers and Web developers to implement new features necessary to effectively communicate with audiences and get message across within brand guidelines
• Internal creative services to create appropriate creative, copy and online activities such as webinars, email campaigns
• PR to ensure linking and tracking in support of campaigns and for content
• SEO manager for traffic acquisition tactics and link building considerations and execution
• Product Marketing and Sales teams for approval and input into content
• A clear understanding of marketing KPI’s and optimization techniques.
• Execute a consistent lead generation process online and through campaigns. Accountable for the lead generation process/results for channels supported during a campaign.
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies and best practices on an ongoing basis.

Skills Required:
Expertise and multi years of experience in digital marketing
• BA degree in Marketing, Web, Communications or related field.
• Experience with web analytics tools – preferable Omniture/Adobe
• Experience with writing content for websites, page layout and designs
• Experience with tagging campaigns and web pages for tracking
• Experience with providing visual direction for web pages and landing pages
• Excellent presentation and selling skills - oral and written.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Self starter who know how to communicate across levels
• Consensus builder: Strong ability to collaborate with internal partners as well as peers.
• Deadline driven multi-tasker
• Excellent PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of email campaigns and SEO a plus
• Experience with email, CRM, Siebel, CMS, Omniture and other tools a plus

Skills Preferred: Campaign testing (A/B) a plus. Nurturing tools (i.e. Eloqua) and campaign experience a plus
