- Consumers are the only stakeholder, and the role is responsible for executing the brand communications strategy and leadership of owned platforms.
- Working closely with the GM Marketing you will be responsible for buildng a digital communications strategy that will improve performance around key brand measures
- In collaboration with Brand Manager you will deliver the companies Style Guide incorporating a clear tone of voice across all touch points
- Lead the development of comprehensive briefs for digital communications campaigns that spark great creative thought
- As the digital expert you will build the overall digital strategy with a strong focus on improving performance of owned assets for the brand
- Develop internal benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital including monthly reporting and recommendations
- Manage the loyalty program and drive the social media strategy of the brand ensuring ongoing delivery to key objectives.
- Work cost effectively with agency partners and increase internal skills to create an overall impactful presence for the brand.
- Take ownership of the website platform and responsibility for improving user experience - lead the SEO and SEM strategy and investment recommendations
